Welcome to your beauty sanctuary — where angels get their lashes. ✨ LASHES For first time clients please see below: 💫 no eye makeup 💫 no coffee/energy drinks prior to appointment as this will make your eyes jittery and hard to work with. 💫 prepare for a 2-3hr nap AFTERCARE: 💫 refrain from getting lashes wet for 24-48hrs 💫 after the above timeframe PLEASE cleanse your lashes EVERYDAY with the complimentary cleanser provided to you at your first appointment. 💫 no mascara! 💫 no pulling or picking at lashes as this can cause serious damage! 💫 book fill in appointments 2-3weeks to maintain the uniformed look. FILL INS: Everyone’s lash cycle is completely different therefore we’ve provided you with options… 2 week fill: PLEASE make sure you have atleast 50% of your lashes still intact. 3 week fill: PLEASE make sure you have atleast 40% of your lashes still intact. ANYTHING LESS THAN THAT WILL BE CHARGED AS A FULL SET!!! CANCELLATIONS: If you’re in need to cancel your appointment please make sure to do so in the link sent 3 days and the day prior to your appointment!! FREE cancellation fee are for those cancelling 24hrs prior to their appointment. Any cancellations the day of your appointment is considered a no show and a 70% fee will be applied to the card on file. After the 2nd no show you will be required to pay the service fee upfront before scheduling another appointment! REFUNDS: NO REFUNDS WHATSOEVER!
